A project designed by a fellow designer, and myself in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD. This was a challenge to create an app working alongside the brand "Penguin" to encourage children and teens to read more and be more interested in reading. As somebody who spends a lot of time reading and analyzing books this project was very driving for me. I created a solution to this in an app format, one which students and teachers can use in collaboration that works on rating books and recommending books based on previous ratings. Although this may be something that exists already, the feature that. adds teacher interactions is not something that I've seen before, this would allow teachers to see what student are reading and enjoying. This would be a better way for teachers to connect to students as well as find new trends in what students are reading.
